上海自贸区对接“一带一路”投资管理制度创新实践

Abstract:Under the new situation of the transformation of global economic governance mode and the reconstruction of the international investment and trade rules，investment management innovation is the necessary measure to comprehensively improve the level of open economy. As an important part of Shanghai FTZ system innovation，investment management system has achieved some experiences in aspects of foreign investment negative list management，foreign investment management reform，further opening up in manufactory and tertiary industry，as well as commercial system reform after three years of the FTZ test. Although it is still facing the pain spots of further deepening the top-level design，enhancing the pilots promoting，and opening the tertiary industry，Shanghai FTZ enjoys unprecedented opportunities of connecting with “The Belt and Road” Initiative and constructing global innovation center and international economic，financial，trade and shipment center during the process of system reform and innovation. The achievements of Shanghai Pilot FTZ investment management reform will play an important role in the process of building an open economy system.
