2017～2018年以色列与英国的关系

Abstract:The relationship between Israel and Britain was getting warm in 2018. In political diplomacy，the two countries actively carried out diplomatic activities，had frequent exchange of high-level visits，and found common grounds in major international affairs. Prince William visited Israel and reiterated Britain’s position on Israel. In terms of trade and economy as well as science and technology，the two countries took the annual meeting of Liverpool and the Round Table as an opportunity to strengthen their economic cooperation and signed a number of scientific and technological cooperation projects. Nevertheless，there also existed many problems in Israel-UK relations. Anti-Semitism emerged in Britain from time to time；the leader of the British Labour Party made anti-Semitic speech in public. All these aspects cast a shadow on the relationship between Britain and Israel. With the Brexit，there are many uncertainties in the Israel-UK relations.
