中欧自贸区建设现状研究
文章摘要：长远来看，建设中欧自贸区对中欧双方来说均是利大于弊的举措。然而，由于双方的贸易互补性不强，兼之出于较多政治因素考虑，短期内中欧自贸区的建设阻力甚大，为此，中国应采取恰当措施推进。在整体上，中国应采取“缓进”战略；在确立开放领域和规则标准方面应具有全局观，避免草率行事，并反对合并BIT谈判与FTA谈判的倡议，坚持BIT谈判和FTA谈判分两步走的顶层设计；在具体战术上，中国应“对症下药”，加强与各欧盟成员国的沟通，同时探索边试点（以国内FTZ为实施主体... 展开
