中印尼人文交流机制评估与创新研究

Abstract:Indonesia is the first developing country with which PRC has established the high-level mechanism for people-to-people exchange. This is related，on the one hand，to Indonesia’s position in China’s future strategy. It should，on the other hand，also serve the requirements of the new era of Diplomacy of Socialist Powers with Chinese Characteristics. At present，the shortcomings of the mechanism between China and Indonesia are shown in the top-level design and specific implementation. First of all，in the aspect of top-level design，the thinking of caring for the weak is lacked；the export of culture is excessively emphasized，and the cultivation of “Indonesian Pass” is ignored. Secondly，in the aspect of implementation，the overall coordination is insufficient；long-term strategic planning is neglected in the annual gripper project；the role of the government is excessive and the civil participation is insufficient. The recommendations put forward in this paper are as follows：1. Taking the addition of women exchange as an opportunity，we carry out the thinking of caring for the weak in the future design and implementation；2. To establish an entity institute for Indonesian research，and focusing on cultivation of “Indonesian Pass”；3. To enhance the overall coordination of the mechanism of people-to-people exchange from the level of the overall design；4. Paying more attention to the civic participation，we try to establish the model of “government setting up the stage and public starring” for the future China-Indonesia people-to-people exchange.
