Abstract:The proliferation of drugs has become a very real problem and there is the tendency for it to spread further around the world. Drugs pose a great threat to the survival and development of societies and leave a great negative impact on the proper order and long-term security of the international community. In area of public security，with the rise of terrorism as well as the integration of online networks in recent decades，drugs are increasingly becoming an important force that endangers international relations. As a result，to understand the public security risks and the hazards brought about by drugs，and to analyse their origins and potential influence are extremely important for the international community in order to jointly combat the drug problem.
