金砖国家在非洲工业化进程中的角色及作用

Abstract:The African continent is facing the challenges of de-industrialization. This paper starts with an analysis of the history，status quo and characteristics of the investment of the five BRICS countries in African countries，and proposes quantitative and feasible targets and roadmaps for the role of BRICS in the process of industrialization in Africa. It is proposed to establish a coordination mechanism between the BRICS and the industrialization of Africa，with particular emphasis on the special role of the BRICS New Development Bank and cooperation with the African Development Bank. Further，the BRICS countries should support African countries industrialization based on their own strengths and development experiences so to promote the African equivalent of emerging countries similar to BRICS in order to achieve the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals and the realization of the African Union’s 2063 Agenda.
