中国在金砖国家投资的法律风险及对策

Abstract:Encouraging Chinese domestic surplus capital and advantage industries to invest in other countries of BRICS is not only the inevitable trend of the international movement of economic factors，but also an important way to enhance China’s discourse power. Due to the differences of political systems，legal regimes and law systems caused by the different national conditions of these countries，Chinese investments in their territory are facing many kinds of risks，including legal risks. This article studied on the domestic and international legal risks and their main manifestations of Chinese outward direct investments （ODI） in these countries，and hereby presented systematic and diversified countermeasures at the national level including both legal precautions and remedies for the protection of Chinese ODI.
