从“金砖+”机制看南南合作模式创新

Abstract:Bound by unreasonable international political and economic institutions，the South-South Cooperation （SSC） that emerged in the second half of the twentieth century did not bring the expected development to the global South. Since the new millennium，the rapid development of emerging economies，especially the BRICS countries，has impacted the existing international political and economic structure. As a leading model of SSC，the achievements and influence of the BRICS cooperation have continued to develop. The establishment of the ‘BRIC Plus’ mechanism has further enhanced the openness of BRICS cooperation to other Southern countries and has provided ideational and institutional support for making the BRICS cooperation the most representative platform for SSC in the coming period.
