Whether economic growth can increase is related to whether Putin’s ruling foundation is solid or not，and to Putin’s historical position. Obviously，The indicators of current macroeconomic growth are far from Putin’s grand goal of improving the people’s livelihood and the strategy of strengthening the country. What’s more，Russia’s social development indicators are mixed，the employment，health care，education have a certain degree of development，but the population problem is still serious. Even in the case of limited national strength in recent years，Russia has paid more attention to South-South cooperation and tries to get support from developing countries through foreign trade contacts，military technical cooperation，foreign aid，and strengthening the construction of regional cooperation organizations with South-South countries.
