中国与巴西关系的“三维”结构：内涵及政策思路

Abstract:Since the beginning of 21st Century，Brazil-China relation，driven by close economic ties and South-South cooperation，shows an apparent characteristic of an accelerating growth in this period，and has become an important bilateral relation between big powers among the contemporary international relations. Based on their common national identity and bilateral cooperation contents，Brazil-China relation，in nowadays，has achieved many results，principally in three dimensions（bilateral，multilateral and trans-regional）. On the bilateral dimension，Brazil and China have strengthened their political，economic and technological cooperation，in which economic and technological cooperation has become apparently two important pillars；on multilateral dimension，these two countries，representing the reform forces of the global system，have deepened continuously their cooperation on various dimensions related to global governance，via some important mechanism and platform，such as BRICS，BASIC and G20，etc.；on trans-regional dimension，the coordination and cooperation between Brazil and China，is undoubtedly fundamental to China-Latin America overall cooperation，and these two countries could also play “dual-engine” role for China’s trans-regional cooperation with this region.
