Cyber Security of Critical Infrastructure

Aapo Cederberg：Aapo Cederberg is CEO and Co-founder of Cyberwatch Finland. He is also is Executive Adviser to the Finnish Information Security Cluster（FISC）and Associate Fellow of the Global Fellowship Initiative at the Geneva Centre of Security Policy（GCSP）. Cederberg has served as a Secretary General for the Security Committee of Finland for six years. The Security Committee provides support，advice and expertise for the government in comprehensive security matters and serves as a collaborative platform for the on-going national efforts related to the national crisis preparedness. The security committee also works on various initiatives and issues statements and guidelines，such as Security Strategy for the Society and Cyber Security Strategy. Colonel Cederberg's earlier assignments include working as the head of Strategic Planning and foresight at the Ministry of Defence（2005-2007）. During his time a first public long term strategy for the MoD was created（Securely into the Future-Ministry of Defence Strategy 2025）. Before this he has a long career in the service of Finnish Armed Forces，where his latest assignments include holding the Commander position at the Häme GBAD Battalion（2003-05）and serving as a Senior Military Adviser at the Permanent Mission of Finland to the OSCE（1999-2003）.

Pertti Jalasvirta：Pertti Jalasvirta is Co-Founder and Member of the Board of Cyberwatch.ertti's 30-plus years of work history is proof of his solid background of professional expertise in government affairs，resource management，administrative management，planning of organizational development in military medicine，education and hospital relations，as well as CBRN protection and training of security，cyber skills within education industry，the healthcare and medical industry. Pertti has extensive experience at the executive group level and board level in multiple companies both in Finland and transnationally. Pertti is also a decorated Medical Service Corps Reserve Warrant Officer，and have been responsible for the development，training and testing of new medical equipment and emerging technologies for the Finnish Defence Forces during 1983 to 2010. Additionally，he has played a major role in the development of techniques，procedures and logistical integration of procured medical equipment for the Finnish Defence Forces. Pertti is also owner and CEO of Jalasvirta Group，partner of Claned Group，Grapho Group and Cyberwatch Oy. Today，Pertti focus primarily on using his wide professional experience to provide consulting services for the Military，Education，Cyber，Healthcare and Government business segments.

Jari Vepsäläinen：Jari E. Vepsäläinen，Chairman and CEO of Fintrade Mercer Group is a China trained attorney and has been actively involved as a strategic investment advisor and corporate lawyer in the People's Republic of China for 30 years. Mr. Vepsäläinen is the founder of Fintrade-Mercer Group，which has executed more than 250 large and medium scale investment project in China since 1985. He has managed direct foreign investments into China in petrochemical，energy，shipbuilding，telecommunication，healthcare，real estate，environmental protection and various industrial fields. Mr. Vepsäläinen is specialized in structuring international corporate formats，establishment of China entities and holding company formations for foreign investors targeting the China market. His major clients have included many global investment funds，governments and corporations. His legal perspective expertise are also cybersecurity and drone security.
