Iran's good relations with Europe also enable Iran to balance its previous unilateral dependence on China and Russia. During his first term of office，the growth of Iran's strength increased the competition between Iran and Saudi Arabian.The tension between Iran and Saudi Arabia has a direct impact on the relationship between Iran and the Gulf oil countries，as well as the Syrian war and the gradual development of the civil war in Yemen as the agent war between Iran and Saudi Arabia.
