Abstract:According to the analysis of environmental protection development situation at home and abroad，the main environmental problems of Shanghai at this stage facing was sorted out，the deficiencies in the aspects of ecological environment quality and environmental management was put forward. The medium and long term treatment path for key environmental pollution prevention fields such as water，air and ecology should consider as：promote city water point and non-point source control，strengthen water base cooperation；promote city energy conservation and low carbon development，upgrade air point source treatment technology；give priority of ecological environment development，improve ecological services.
