全球城市生态城市建设的国际比较及启示

Abstract:From the concept of “eco-city” to the idea of environmental protection being deeply rooted in people’s hearts today，the world has made a lot of exploration on eco-city construction theory and insisted on practical innovation. Eco-city construction has become an important measure to cope with climate change，resource and energy crisis. The active eco-city construction is regarded as an indispensable public policy to promote and guide in many countries，and has accumulated a lot of successful experience in the continuous construction and improvement. By sorting out and comparing the construction management characteristics of three global-cities _New York，London and Tokyo_ in the process of eco-city construction，this study analyzes the common problems they face，summarizes the successful experience of international global cities in eco-city construction，and provides enlightenment for the construction of Shanghai eco-city.
