上海市社区基本公共卫生服务体系发展情况研究

Abstract:Chinese government launched a new round reform of health care system in 2009，and the implementation of public health services equalization is one of the five key strategies. Community health service centres are important carriers for implementing the national basic public health service projects. The basic public health service system has been gradually improved after ten years of development in Shanghai，and abundant implementation experience has been accumulated. Moreover，it is necessary to summarize and evaluate for the development of its basic public health service system，which could provide the policy advice for future development of Shanghai basic public health service system. Therefore，based on the Shanghai statistical data of basic public health service projects in 2009-2017，this paper summarizes the development process，implementation，effectiveness and challenges，and put forward next development recommendations.
