全面二孩政策背景下上海女性就业问题研究

Abstract:Under the background of the aging and less children of China’s population，the government began to advocate one couple to have two children，but the improvement of female fertility rate in recent two years is lower than expected. Relevant departments are studying policies to encourage the birth of two children，but if most of these policies need to be paid by enterprises，it will inevitably lead to enterprises to reduce the recruitment of young women in order to reduce the cost of employment，which will make it difficult for women to obtain employment. Female fertility is not only a family affair，but also a state affair. Therefore，the cost of female fertility should be borne by the society，and efforts should be made to balance the relationship between female reproduction and work.
