Abstract:Based on economic cooperation and supported by humanities exchanges,“the Belt and Road” initiative has provided Chinese culture with favorable opportunities and important approaches for “going out”.However,when promoting “the Belt and Road”,Chinese culture “going out” is unlikely to be smooth.It is bound to face the interference and obstruction of various domestic and foreign factors and forces,and will inevitably face risks and challenges.In advancing “the Belt and Road” initiative,Chinese culture “going global” will face some external challenges like the exclusion and competition from the strong cultures of Western countries,being distrust by related countries,and incompatibility of cultural infrastructure.Also,there are challenges inherent from the imperfect cultural management system for the “going out”,the cultural industry influence of low enough,and the absence cultural products export means.Operators must accelerate the pace of Chinese culture“going global”.To this end,we shall respond to challenges and risks,improving the culture “going out” mechanism as soon as possible,reverse the “cultural trade deficit”,improve the output mode of cultural products,and increase personnel training foreign cultural exchange.To enhance the attractiveness and international influence of Chinese culture,we should enforce overall planning,multi-pronged approach and active responding.While promoting the prosperity and self-improvement of Chinese culture,we must also strengthen the recognition with the countries of the world and promote the prosperity and advancement of world culture.
