The economic structure continues to improve，and the quality and effect of development enjoys a constant improvement. The reform and opening up deepens in all respects，and people’s wellbeing continues to improve，which helps the high-quality development make positive progress. 2019 marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China and is the key year to secure a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. Our development is faced with challenges and risks from home and abroad，but we are still in an important period of strategic opportunity for development. The fundamentals for sound and stable economic growth remain unchanged，the necessary production factors for high-quality development remain unchanged，and the overall momentum of long-term economic stability and progress also remains unchanged. We enjoy the strong leadership of CPC with comrade Xi Jinping at the core，the solid material basis，the huge domestic market，and rich macro-control experience. All these favorable conditions position China’s economy to achieve the long-term，healthy and steady development.
