阿里巴巴集团国际化发展案例研究

Abstract:Alibaba Group was established in March 1999.Now it is one of the most famous e-commerce enterprises all over the world. The business scope covers online e-commerce，online finance，entertainment，logistics，cloud computing and other fields. We analyze the internationalization process of Alibaba Group and find that it implements the internationalization strategy from three aspects：building a global e-commerce platform，expanding overseas electronic payment and financial companies，and building the global logistics service network. We find the success of Alibaba Group lying in advanced technology，the support from the host country，selecting the small and medium enterprise to be the target market then helping them develop and excellent corporate governance. Four enlightenments derive from this research：we should follow The Belt and Road Initiative，win the support of the home government；use science and technology to drive innovation；attach importance to corporate culture，fulfill social responsibility；take the easiest the first to carry on the internationalization. The enlightenments contribute to the internationalization of domestic enterprises This paper analyzes features of Alibaba Group's internationalization，finds out the successful reasons. It expands the research on e-commerce enterprise internationalization，and provides domestic corporations with references.
