Abstract:With diverse objects and types，cultural authorization is a kind of comprehensive authorization form which takes cultural creation and the rights of cultural identity products as its main body.At the same time，the process of cultural authorization is also the one of effective protection and standard use of intellectual property rights.Currently，the international authorization industry and market is already rich and mature，while the cultural authorization industry in China is accelerating，it can promote the conversion of cultural resources to cultural capital，creating a win-win model of development，and finally promote effectively the advance of cultural industry and trade.National foreign cultural trade base（Shanghai）acts bravely as the bellwether of the cultural Silk Road，focus on innovation and building of Cultural Authorization Fair of China's（Shanghai）free trade area since 2014，exploring the development and the realizing form of culture and copyright trade.The fair features bright traits and fruitful results，presents a series of characteristics of the internationalization，multi-channel booster and multi-type cooperation，gradually become a professional platform to promote the development of industrial convergence.In the present，opportunities and challenges coexist，exploring the cultural authorization actively，is undoubtedly an effective way to develop cultural trade and culture industry，it is even more so to export Chinese culture，improve and expand its meaningful influence.
