美国纽约市演艺领域PPP模式构建研究
文章摘要：PPP模式由于其自身的优越性在基础设施领域受到广泛青睐。而在公共文化领域，尤其是演艺领域对该模式的探讨仍非常有限。本报告在明晰PPP概念及特征的基础上，从纽约市文化事务部与33家主要文化机构间建立的PPP模式为切入点，通过分析其成员结构、发展历史和资助效益等，以期从演艺领域PPP模式构建角度为北京进一步建设世界文化城市提供一定的思路借鉴。
