建设京津冀自由贸易港探索——深入推动京津冀协同发展

Abstract:Since the official launch of the Tianjin Free Trade Zone in April 2014，the Tianjin Free Trade Zone has launched a number of reform policies that can be replicated and popularized.In May 2018，the State Council officially approved the release of the “Further deepening the reform and opening-up program of China's Tianjin Pilot Free Trade Zone”，marking the entry of the Tianjin Pilot Free Trade Zone into the 2.0 era.The report of the 19th national congress of the People's Republic of China clearly pointed out that “the pilot free trade zone will be given greater reform autonomy and explore the construction of free trade port.” Therefore，the Tianjin Free Trade Zone has been making efforts to explore the most open platform under the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei，and actively declares to build Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei free trade port.Based on the strategic significance of China's construction of free trade port，this paper sorts out the construction experience of free trade port at home and abroad and summarizes the development trend of global free trade port. On this basis，conclude that exploring the construction of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei free trade port is conducive to the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei，the construction of xiong'an New District，the construction of the Belt and Road and so on.It also made corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the selection of regional program，industrial agglomeration and innovation development，financial system construction and trade facilitation construction of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei free trade port.
