Abstract:The penetration of the shared economy concept in the commercial real estate sector has led to the global rise of Coworking Spaces featuring workstation rental,space design and community building. This report shows that the Internet + era technological innovation,the rise of non-standard labor and the external environment of relational production,coupled with the internal driving force of government promotion,user demand upgrading and urban center commercial real estate destocking,have contributed to the formation and development of the shared office industry.. In the past two years,the domestic shared office industry has gradually moved from extensive expansion to deep integration and industrial upgrading,but the rental cost continues to rise,the income is extremely dependent on rent,the customer is not sticky enough,the investment cost is high,the operation talent is lacking,and the service network has not yet Problems such as formation gradually emerged,some projects have certain policy risks,and shared office needs to be remodeled in the cultural context of China.
