大力发展国际商事ADR 促进广州迈向全球资源配置中心

Abstract:Commercial ADR is an important type of international public good. It is a concrete measure to implement the economic thought of “observing the general trend，seeking overall situation and doing practical work”，which is put forward by the central economic work conference of PRC，and to help Guangzhou create a good business environment，attract foreign investment and enhance the ability to gather resources；enhance the function of international communication to improve the soft power of the city，raise the potential of resource allocation，reshape the image of the city of opening to the outside world，and occupy the high end of the international industrial chain. Guangzhou has certain foundation and advantages to develop the international commercial ADR. A diversified international commercial ADR system which is guided by judicial ADR，taking arbitration as the core and relying on social organization ADR should be built in Guangzhou.
