Abstract:In 2017，party committees and governments at all levels in Jiangsu province attached great importance to the development and management of social organizations，further deepening the reform of the management. It creates a great environment for social organizations to improve cultivation and development furtherly and the comprehensive supervision system for social organizations has been further improved. The overall development trend of the social organization is in a leading position in the country，forming a development focus with distinctive characteristics of Jiangsu province. According to the survey，the level of social organization development in Jiangsu province is still not high，and the development of different regions and types of social organizations is unbalanced，and the contribution to economic，social and cultural development is not enough. So，the research group proposed countermeasures to guide and standardize the healthy development of social organizations in Jiangsu province. Firstly，to highlight the status of social organization charter，promoting the healthy development of social organizations. Secondly，to promote the establishment of the province’s social organization work coordination mechanism. Thirdly，to further improve the social organization cultivation support policy. Findly，not only to strengthen social organization assessment but also to introduce the competition mechanism and strengthen the exit mechanism.
