江苏城乡基层社区治理的问题与对策研究

Abstract:Improving the urban and rural community governance system is a necessary prerequisite for ensuring the well-being of the people and the harmony and stability at the grass-roots level. It is an important measure for the country to deepen the reform of the political system. As a nationwide socio-economically developed province，Jiangsu has taken the lead role in the innovation of urban and rural grass-roots community governance. The system has achieved remarkable results. However，the current community governance in Jiangsu has problems in the participation rate，the integration of service resources，the construction of information，and the capacity of social workers. The corresponding policy recommendations are proposed in this paper.
