2017～2018年山东省城乡基本公共文化服务现状、问题及建议

Abstract:In 2017，Shandong Province has made some achievements in the urban and rural basic public cultural service：accelerating equalization of basic public cultural services in urban and rural areas through the continuous improvement for the five-leveled facilities’ network；improving the standardization of public cultural services by putting more efforts into the pilot work；promoting further socialization of public cultural services by encouraging multiple participation；increasing the digital service level of public cultural service through extending the means of resources；actively innovating the service mode，inheriting and developing fine Chinese traditional culture；encouraging original works of literature and art，and expanding the supply of public cultural products. However，it still needs to be improved in promoting the integration of the basic public culture of the whole province，improving the service channels and ways，and increasing the service forms and content.
