2017～2018年山东省扶贫开发现状、问题与对策
文章摘要：消除贫困是社会主义的本质要求，也是我国全面实现小康社会的根本需要。通过对山东省扶贫开发事业取得显著成效的简要分析，探讨了扶贫事业发展中面临着扶贫任务艰巨、养老服务体系不健全、社会救助体系不完善等问题，提出了大力发展农村经济、健全养老保障体系、构建社区居家养老服务网络、建立农村老年人意外伤害保险制度等对策建议。
