中国城市群空间格局与结构优化

Abstract:Urban agglomeration，as a powerful engine of China’s economic development，plays a decisive role in achieving the sustainable development of the national economy. In this paper，through the study of the spatial pattern and structure of 19 urban agglomerations in China，it is found that the pattern of urban agglomeration in different stages shows a certain change：Initially due to the implementation of the national opening and other related strategies to guide，to promote the urban agglomeration mainly concentrated in the coastal areas，as the main driving force of national economic development，such as the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration and the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration. With the development of social economy and the western region，the rise of the central region and other strategies，the scale of the urban agglomeration gradually expanded from the coastal area，not only led to the development of the central and western regions，but also to promote the coordinated development between the urban groups，and the development pattern and spatial structure of each city group are different，which can be divided into single core center type，dual core center type and multi-core central type. Finally，drawing lessons from the development experience of Japan，the United States and the European urban agglomeration，this paper puts forward the new pattern of urban space. Build a new system of “Bay Area Economy” of urban agglomeration and build a network of urban agglomerations in the “Internet+” era，establish the “top-down” regional planning coordination mechanism and the development of differentiated urban agglomeration space development strategy for the optimization of China’s urban agglomeration to provide a scientific theoretical basis and implementation strategies.
