非也门籍劳动者在也门共和国的雇佣制度研究

Abstract:The Yemeni Labor Law made specific provisions on the employment of non-Yemenis for obtaining employment permits and occupations and legally confirmed the workers’ eligibility for legal employment in Yemen. This article studies the employment system and legal application of non-Yemeni workers in order to clarify the legal protection of non-Yemeni workers. The article also analyzes the contradictions，conflicts and risks that non-Yemeni workers may experience in applying Yemen’s labor law and then provides advices on the protection of the employment of our citizens in Yemen.
