Abstract:This paper aims to explore youth issues through social surveys and the author distributed questionnaires to young people in different ages and occupations in Alexandria city. Finally，the author recalled 151 relatively real questionnaires. The author wrote this paper to analyze the reasons for the possibility of these results.The first part of this paper illustrates the origin and specific content of the Egyptian youth problem，and the importance of studying this issue with reality. In the second part，the author designed the question of questionnaires from the daily language using habits，the clothing and food issues of young people，also with the frequency of patronizing Internet cafes and coffee cafes，which maintains the logic between the various issues. The third part lists out the statistical results of these five issues. In the fourth part，the author analyzes the possible causes of these problems，that is referring Egyptian local news reports and many domestic scholars’ research. Monetary and economic needs lead to more and more young people frequently use English. And Egypt’s language policy encourages teens to use English. European and American concepts have invaded Egypt gradually due to globalization，young people have accepted and are accustomed to Western values. The high unemployment rate among the Egyptian youth groups is largely due to the fact that the imbalance in educational and cultural relations between the Egyptian universities and the Egyptian industry development，which is late，not various and lagging behind from the world.Finally，the author puts forward his own views in the paper，the Egyptian government first needs to reform the imbalance of university education，appropriate to reduce the types of liberal arts，improve the quality of science and engineering education. Second，it must seize the “one by one” opportunity through the Silk Road economic zone and work with China and neighboring countries to achieve win-win situation，Last but not least，it should accelerate the domestic industrial development and industrial upgrading.
