利益相关者视角下荔枝碗造船厂的发展趋势与对策

Abstract:As previous studies mentioned，stakeholders’ attitude and perspectives towards tourism development are very important role for the future success of tourism destinations. Accordingly，this study tries identified the perspectives of stakeholders who are tourists，residents，government officials，and expert in terms of the development of the abandoned Lai Chi Vun shipyard through in-depth interviews. The study generated several themes by content analysis. Firstly，in terms of tourists’ perspectives，non-urbanization，keeping the original landscape and commercialization were generated. Secondly，regarding residents’ perspectives，three themes such as place attachments，strong community，worrying about their job loss and homeless were generated. Thirdly，as for the perspectives of government officials，one theme such as shipbuilding museum was generated. Fourthly，concerning expert’s perspectives，three themes were generated，which include preserving one or two original shipyards，wetlands ecosystem and a new small wharf.
