Abstract:The construction of the bay area of Guangdong，Hongkong and Macau is clearly written into the report of the nineteenth People’s Congress of the Communist Party of China and the work report of the government，which is promoted to the level of national development strategy. Promoting the construction of the bay area of Guangdong，Hong Kong and Macau is conducive to deepening exchanges and cooperation between the mainland and Hong Kong and Macau. Zhuhai and Macau will further integrate their tourism cooperation. As the Zhuhai municipal government has increased investment in infrastructure construction of Wanshan Islands，new progress has been made in tourism development of Wanshan Islands. Zhuhai Island Scenic Area has been awarded the national 4A scenic spot，and is preparing to declare the national 5A scenic spot. Macau has the sea area，and provides a carrier for Macau’s tourism to expand the ocean. It’s an inevitable trend for Macau tourism to expand from land to sea in the future. The future of marine tourism products and build Macau Wanshan Islands have a high degree of cooperation. At the same time，Wanshan Island tourism and Macau tourism cooperation in the future there are still many obstacles. In the future，we need to realize the interconnection and interflow of people flow，logistics，capital flow and information flow. We should also pay attention to standard docking and qualification mutual recognition，to Zhuhai and Macau efficient collaborative development，and promote the mountains of Macau marine tourism cooperation.
