文章摘要：本文回顾了改革开放以来广东内外贸管理体制的变迁过程，在内外贸一体化发展目标下，广东从政府管理体系、市场运行机制和贸易企业主体三个层面推进内外贸一体化，但目前还存在内外贸一体化政策环境未建立、重要的市场载体缺乏和企业的经营模式不同等问题。本文认为，在“互联网+”的环境下，通过建设内外贸融合的市场平台“引进来”和培育国际化经营的大企业“走出去”必然会进一步促进广东内外贸一体化的发展，实现“两个市场”的整合。
Abstract:This paper reviews the evolution of institutional systems in domestic and foreign trade in Guangdong since the Reform and Opening-up，analyzes the development of domestic and foreign trade by the macro data，explores the problems in the process of the integration in domestic and foreign trade，describes the trend of the integration of domestic and foreign trade，and puts forward some policy recommendations. 展开
