Abstract:The survey aimed to understand the teacher's living conditions and working environment,awareness and evaluation on education problems and professional development and expectations and recommendations on the improvement of school education from the perspective of teachers.The survey results show that the working environment and living conditions of teachers are not optimistic,especially the teachers who work in the central region.Teachers generally have relatively low occupational identities,and they are eager to raise salaries,reduce non-teaching workload,reduce class size and decrease number of hours.It is necessary to respect the teacher's intrinsic subjectivity,deepen the reform of the teacher management system,improve teachers' support and service system,promote the professional development of teachers and improve the quality of education and teaching.
