Abstract:Since entering the twenty-first Century，the Internet technology has changing all aspects of people's lives.Iran，as a powerful country in the Middle East，has a strong“Iran characteristic”in its acceptance of the emerging technologies represented by the internet.Internet access to Iran for the first time since 1992，as Iran's constantly changing situation home and abroad，also caused the ups and downs of the development of the Internet in Iran.After the 2009 election led to the storm，the Nejad government is to strengthen the management of Internet technology，and gradually improve the domestic Internet management system.After the Rouhani government came to power in 2013，its advocacy to tolerate the attitude to deal with the Internet as the representative of the new technology，the whole of Iran's social information technology development has brought hope.Since the lifting of the sanctions imposed by the international community in 2016，Iran's huge domestic telecommunications market will attract many companies to invest，Iran's Internet technology is expected to use the global market competition situation for substantial upgrades progress，Iran's domestic information technology development trend is better.
