东部海洋经济圈海洋经济发展形势分析

Abstract:The eastern ocean economic circle is located in the Yangtze River Delta region， here is the center of China's coastal areas， Jiangsu， Zhejiang， Shanghai provinces and the three coastal waters formed the eastern ocean economic circle， the eastern ocean economic circle is China's participation in the economic globalization and the global competition portal. In recent years， the eastern ocean marine economic circle of the GOP growth rate gradually increased， the relative improvement of the port and shipping system， all kinds of marine resources， and vigorously support to government policy， these have become an important driving force for the rapid development of marine economy in eastern region. This paper present the development of southern sea economic circle of Marine economic by dates firstly. Then it uses the incremental analysis， convergence analysis and correlation analysis method to explore the eastern sea economic circle economic development characteristics. Finally， The development situation was analyzed emphatically. This paper argues that， in 2017， the growth rate of marine GDP in the eastern marine economic circle remained at its present level and was expected to recover moderately.
