南部海洋经济圈海洋经济发展形势分析

Abstract:The southern ocean economic circle is located in the Southernmost coastal areas of China， including Guangxi， Guangdong， Hainan and Fujian four provinces， as the forefront of China's foreign trade， compared with other marine economic circle， the southern ocean economic circle has vast seas and numerous islands， unique geographical advantages， which not only bring a lot of opportunities for the southern ocean economic circle of marine economic development， but also bring big challenges for the development of marine economy. This paper present the development of southern sea economic circle of Marine economic by building panel model analysis firstly.Then it uses the incremental analysis， convergence analysis and correlation analysis method to explore the south sea economic circle economic development characteristics. Finally， The development situation was analyzed emphatically. This paper argues that， in 2017， the total marine output of the southern marine economic circle will continue to grow at a rate higher than GDP.
