青海省参与“一带一路”建设的成效、问题与对策

Abstract:Since the Belt and Road Initiative was proposed，Qinghai Province has made remarkable achievements in “the Belt and Road” construction through such measures as strengthening policy communication，speeding up the construction of transport facilities，optimizing the environment for foreign trade policies，and innovating exchanges and cooperation platforms. However，due to the province's small economy，low foreign-trade dependence，sluggish infrastructure construction and scanty cultural exchanges，there are many problems and difficulties that demand prompt solution in the process of “the Belt and Road” construction in Qinghai Province. We will speed up the integration of Qinghai with the Belt and Road Initiative by strengthening high-level leaders' promotion，improving major infrastructures，accelerating industrial upgrading，upgrading the level of foreign trade，expanding cultural exchanges and perfecting open system.
