文章摘要:鄂伦春族的民族教育从基础教育到中等教育构建起民族特色鲜明的学校体系,民族教育在各个方面都取得巨大的进步。但是受历史、自然等条件的制约,民族教育发展中存在师资配置不合理、民族文化教育教师匮乏、民族文化传承困难、家庭教育欠缺、贫困制约教育发展等问题。需要政府在完善鄂伦春民族师资培训机制、鼓励教师在偏远猎区从事民族教育工作、针对少数民族制定特殊帮扶举措等方面予以政策支持,并积极寻求社会帮助。

Abstract:Ethnic education of the Oroqen people enjoys a distinctive school system from elementary to secondary education,and ethnic education of this group has made great progress in all respects.However,due to the natural and historical restrictions,there are many problems in Oroqen ethnic education,such as the inequitable allocation of teachers,lack of ethnic culture teachers,difficulties in imparting ethnic culture,lack of family edu... 展开

Abstract:Ethnic education of the Oroqen people enjoys a distinctive school system from elementary to secondary education,and ethnic education of this group has made great progress in all respects.However,due to the natural and historical restrictions,there are many problems in Oroqen ethnic education,such as the inequitable allocation of teachers,lack of ethnic culture teachers,difficulties in imparting ethnic culture,lack of family education and unsatisfactory education due to poverty.Government policy support is needed in terms of improving the ethnic Oroqen teacher training,encouraging teachers to work in the remote hunting-field areas,and formulating special supportive policies for Oroqen.In addition,social support should be actively sought.
