文章摘要:鄂温克族的学校教育经过几十年的发展,已经形成了从学前教育到中等教育、从普通教育到职业教育等较为系统的民族教育体系。学校注重民族文化的传承和发展,无论从政策和制度还是师资和课程上都保证了民族学校特色的构建,但依然存在师资力量不足、政策引导不够、民族语言的使用与传承前景不容乐观等问题,需要在教师补充机制、突出民族学校办学特色、推行蒙古语和鄂温克语双语教学模式等方面予以政策支持。

Abstract:After decades of development,the education of the Evenki ethnic group has formed a complete system from pre-school to secondary education and from general to occupational education.Schools in this area focus on imparting and developing ethnic culture and give support by way of policies,teachers,and courses to guarantee the building of ethnic schools.However,problems remain such as teacher shortages,the insufficient policy guidance,problems in using ethnic language and the poor prospects for imparting culture.It is necessary to support teacher supply with effective policy and understand the unique needs of running ethnic schools,and in this way implement the bilingual teaching model for Mongolian and Evenki.
