费城依托创新区建设世界级创新城市
文章摘要：创新区已经成为美国创新的新模式，费城作为美国重要的创新城市，在创新区发展上积累了丰富经验。本文以布鲁金斯学会的研究报告为基础，以费城的大学城和中心城构成的创新区为例，梳理了费城创新区建设过程中面临的主要问题，并依据布鲁金斯学会提出的发展建议进行总结，进而形成对中国创新区发展的经验借鉴。
