文章摘要:港口建设是“一带一路”设施联通的基础。目前,“21世纪海上丝绸之路”沿线港口建设普遍存在基础设施不完善、资金短缺等问题,严重制约了“一带一路”倡议的实施。因此,分析沿线重点港口投资风险状况,掌握我国对这些港口的投资动向,提出规避投资风险的对策,对于我国更好参与“21世纪海上丝绸之路”港口建设具有重要意义。
