孟中印缅经济走廊建设：共识、争论与地缘效应

Abstract:With the unfolding of the Belt and Road Initiative，BCIM Economic Corridor has got into the common agenda of sub-regional economic cooperation for the governments of China，India，Bangladesh and Myanmar. For the time being，the four governments have reached basic common understanding in terms of prospective gains，topic setting，mechanism construction and cooperation barriers，setting the stage for the transformation of BCIM from vision to reality. In the building of the economic corridor，the four countries have marked discrepancies in terms of the ultimate leadership，the choosing of paths and routes，the perception of security and interests. In the context of the changing geopolitical in the Asia-Pacific region，the BCIM Economic Corridor proves to be the reasonable choice of relevant states for inclusive regionalism. BCIM Economic Corridor is conducive to the promotion of the Belt and Road Initiative，to the reshaping of the geopolitical environment in China’s near abroad，and to the construction of the community of shared future in Asia.
