文章摘要：随着我国天然气对外依存度日益提高，科学评估天然气进口来源国安全风险已成为“一带一路”建设的重要内容。本报告分析了我国天然气进口来源国安全风险现状，构建了基于云理论的安全风险评价指标与评价方法，评定了主要天然气进口来源国安全风险等级，提出进一步完善我国天然气进口来源国安全风险控制的政策建议。
