全球化视域下的中国公共卫生安全与大国责任

Abstract:In the context of globalization，public health security is not just a matter of public health，but also a security issue that affects a country，a region and the world. The Zika virus epidemic in 2016，antimicrobial drug resistance，the extensive and complex impact of air pollution on human health，economy and society，and the vulnerability and lack of synergies of the response system have become public health threats that draw worldwide attention，include that of China. As a responsible great country，China has taken actions to strengthen domestic public health security related legislation，law enforcement，planning and guidance，improve the prevention and control system，promote multi-sectoral co-governance，shore up scientific research，improve the emergency response capability of the health system，and actively participate in global public health security management and achieve remarkable progress. In the future，China should further strengthen the position of public health security in the national security strategy，continue to strengthen the domestic public health system and capacity-building，actively build a rapport with other countries，participate in and lead the development of global public health security agenda and rules，and contribute to the upgrading of economic globalization and the consolidation of the foundation of global public health.
