网络空间安全国际指数研究（2016）

Abstract:With the continuous development of information technology，cyberspace has become an important area of international competition and cooperation. In this study，an international cyberspace security index is developed using cyberspace security macro management，cyberspace security international governance，indexes of cyberspace security industry and cyberspace security state （including 13 secondary indexes） to evaluate cyberspace security of nine representative countries. The evaluation results show that China is ranked seventh in the nine countries，lagging behind the leading countries in the development of cyberspace security laws，regulations and standards. China needs to set its cyberspace security strategy in motion，plan its information security technology industry properly and steadily promote international cooperation and exchanges.
