Abstract:For a long time，relying on its economic strength and excellent effection，based on the traditional，media resources and folk diplomatic advantages，focusing on three core elements such as “Chinese，China culture，China concept”，the Overseas-Chinese-Leaders actively speak good China stories and spread Chinese voice. They are not only an important bridge of China’s foreign trade and cultural exchanges and ties，but also through the support Chinese education，to promote the spread of Chinese culture，actively fulfill their social responsibility，and thus play an important role in the construction of people-to-people bond. In order to make better use of the Overseas-Chinese-Leaders in the construction of people-to-people bond，in the future，we need to establish the dynamic database of Overseas-Chinese-Leaders. Also，we should make full use of the resources of overseas Chinese media，constructing “overseas Chinese leaders-foreign institutions-Chinese media” interactive communication platform，promoting “the overseas Chinese leaders-the overseas Chinese leaders” and “the overseas Chinese leaders-government” dialogue mechanism construction.
