全球政府开放数据在数字经济中的贡献评估研究
文章摘要：本研究采用经典“全评价”中的形式、内容与效用评估方法，从政府开放数据利用的深度、广度和影响力3个维度评估全球53个国家的政府开放数据在数字经济中的贡献，并进行排名。排名在前十位的国家依次是美国、英国、乌拉圭、韩国、法国、奥地利、西班牙、挪威、新西兰、澳大利亚。
