Abstract:China’s digital economy maintained its rapid growth in 2016. The total output value of the digital economy reached 22.6 trillion RMB，accounting for 30.1% of the national total. It has become an important part of the national economy. Innovation in the field of digital economy continued to emerge. The effect of ‘Internet +’ in promoting the integration of traditional economy and digital economy. It plays a significant role in promoting public entrepreneurship and flexible employment，helping poverty alleviation，and improving the issues concerning agriculture，countryside and farmers. ‘Digital economy’ has been written into the government work report，and has been developing towards integration，ecology，data and globalization.
